During the holidays, Cherokee County Senior Services-Meal on Wheels reaches out to county residents for assistance to help gather gift items for Meals on Wheels customers. Many seniors live alone and do not have local support.
As we grow older it is nice to be remembered at Christmas and the gifts bring smiles every year. It is humbling to see how our community rises to the occasion and brings true beauty to the season.
